NDAEYC members are welcome to apply for financial assistance to further their professional development.
Scholarship Application (Education)
Conference Grants:
- Grants of up to $50 are available to member or group of members to attend the North Dakota AEYC Fall Conference. Total available: $300.
- Midwest AEYC Conference: A grant to attend the Midwest Conference, not to exceed $300, will be awarded to a member or a group of members annually. Half of the grant will be paid when the grant is awarded and the remainder upon completion of the follow-up requirements.
- National AEYC Conference: Grants to attend the National AEYC Conference, not to exceed $300, will be awarded to a member or a group of members annually. Half of the grant will be paid when the grant is awarded and the remainder upon completion of the follow-up requirements.
- NAEYC Leadership Conference: Grants to attend the AEYC Leadership Conference, not to exceed $300, will be awarded to a member or a group of members annually. Half of the grant will be paid when the grant is awarded and the remainder upon completion of the follow-up requirements.
- State AEYC Affiliate Conferences: Grants to attend State AEYC Affiliated Conferences, not to exceed $300, will be awarded to a member or a group of members biannually. Half of the grant will be paid when the grant is awarded and the remainder upon completion of the follow-up requirements.
Scholarships:
- Grants for up to $600.00 each will be awarded for approved grant applications. The total amount awarded each year will not exceed $600.00. The grant shall be given for any area of child development or early childhood education, including early childhood special education. The grant shall be available to persons working in teacher training, supervision and research as well as direct care and education. The grant will support education offered by any accredited college or university, excluding correspondence courses.
